We train your finance team, warehouse staff, and operations managers on exactly the screens they will use, using your own data, your own processes, and a named Dynamics 365 consultant who has delivered 23 live implementations across manufacturing, distribution, and professional services.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 training covers the processes your teams run every day: accounts payable and accounts receivable in Finance, pick-pack-ship in Supply Chain, material requirements planning runs in Business Central, and period-end close across the board.
Generic courseware teaches button clicks. Structured role-based training teaches your team why each step exists and what breaks if they skip it.

Each track is scoped separately so every role learns exactly the screens, workflows, and approval chains that apply to their job.

You are 6 to 10 weeks from your go-live date and your end users have not yet touched the system. Role-based training on your data closes the gap before cutover, not after.
Your system is live but users are working around it, exporting to a spreadsheet, skipping approval workflows, or calling support for every task. Targeted re-training corrects specific gaps without a full re-implementation.
Your business has grown and new staff are joining a Dynamics 365 environment that is already live. Onboarding training scoped to their specific role gets them productive within the first week.
You are building an internal Dynamics 365 center of excellence. Deep-dive technical training covers configuration, extensions, and Power Platform integration to the same standard as a named Dynamics 365 consultant.
Large-scale e-commerce retailer

Every training engagement at Redefine Innovations is assigned a named consultant at contract signing. You work with that consultant throughout scoping, sandbox setup, and every live session, not a rotating team of junior trainers.

User training teaches end users how to complete their day-to-day tasks in Dynamics 365, entering invoices, processing purchase orders, running material requirements planning, or closing a period. Implementation training is aimed at the consultants and information technology professionals who configure the system: setting up number series, defining posting groups, building workflows, and managing environments. We deliver both, scoped to your specific situation.
Yes. We regularly deliver standalone training engagements for clients whose implementation partner did not include structured user training. We start with a discovery call to understand your current configuration, request read access to your environment, and scope the training from there. We do not require that we be your implementation partner.
A single-role training engagement, for example, 10 payables and receivables users, typically runs 3 to 4 weeks from statement of work signing to final session. A full multi-role program for 30 to 40 users runs 8 to 12 weeks. Timeline depends on the number of role groups, your organization's availability for sessions, and whether you need sandbox setup from scratch or an environment already exists.
All sessions are delivered live, either virtual via Microsoft Teams or on-site at your location. Live delivery allows users to ask questions in real time and complete exercises with the consultant watching. Every session is recorded and available for 90 days for review. We do not offer pre-recorded course libraries because asynchronous training without a live component produces significantly lower retention rates.
We use anonymized versions of your actual data, your chart of accounts structure, your top vendors and customers (with names changed), your item master categories, and representative open transactions. This makes training feel immediately relevant rather than abstract. We do not use generic demonstration data. All data handling follows our data processing agreement.
