Get a QuoteYour store, Amazon FBA, and every other fulfillment channel running from one live inventory. No oversells. No manual exports. No spreadsheet handoffs. Just orders fulfilled and revenue captured.
Simulated order stream — illustrates real-time FBA routing behavior post-integration.

Every stage is automated, monitored, and error-recovered. Click any stage to see exactly what Redefine builds and maintains at that point in your pipeline.
New orders, inventory edits, and product updates from your store trigger the integration in real time. Webhooks fire within 5 seconds of any change. No polling. No cron jobs.
Your store SKU maps to Amazon's ASIN and MCF product codes. Dimension validation, weight checks, and address normalization happen before anything touches the SP-API. Errors are caught here, not at Amazon's door.
Redefine manages your SP-API credentials, handles token refresh, respects rate limits with exponential back-off, and monitors for throttling events. Your listing health stays clean.
Amazon picks the optimal FBA warehouse for delivery speed and cost. Prime 2-day eligibility is maintained automatically. Your order acknowledgment comes back in seconds, not hours.
Shopify DTC, BigCommerce B2B, wholesale portals — all routed through your FBA inventory via MCF. One inventory pool. Unified fulfillment cost. No 3PL juggling.
Amazon's carrier tracking number pushes back to your store order record within minutes of shipment. Customer notifications fire from your own branded email, not Amazon's. WISMO tickets drop immediately.
The moment FBA confirms a pick, inventory drops across every connected channel. Below-threshold alerts fire before you hit zero. Your reorder decision uses real data, not a spreadsheet guess.
Bidirectional sync updates every channel within 60 seconds of any inventory event. FBA, MCF, and your store always agree on available stock.
Rules-based routing decides FBA vs MCF vs 3PL for every order based on destination, item weight, cost, and delivery SLA. Configurable per SKU or channel.

Monitors ASIN suppression, stranded inventory, and policy flags in real time. Alerts reach you before Amazon takes action on a listing.
FBA returns are caught, graded, and either re-routed to sellable inventory or flagged for removal. Your restockable units reappear automatically.
Per-SKU restock floors trigger alerts before you go zero. Integrates with your supplier portal or 3PL for semi-automated replenishment.
Builds your FBA inbound shipment plans with correct box weights, SKU quantities, and warehouse routing — submitted via API, not Seller Central's UI.
A new supplement brand launching with no prior ecommerce infrastructure — no Amazon presence, no Shopify store, no unified fulfillment, and no lifecycle marketing system.
No trademark protection, no Brand Registry access, no FBA setup, and no inventory strategy connecting Amazon with their DTC channel. Every order would have required manual handling across two disconnected systems.
Nutraflav launched with trademark protection, Brand Registry access, and a fully branded Amazon storefront live alongside a conversion-optimized Shopify store. Amazon FBA was implemented and paired with MCF for unified fulfillment across both channels from a single inventory pool.

Every Redefine FBA integration connects directly to Amazon's SP-API. No third-party SaaS layer. No black-box middleware. Your data, your credentials, your integration.
Redefine handles token refresh cycles, LWA (Login with Amazon) credential rotation, and scoped permission sets. You authorize once. We maintain access indefinitely with zero manual intervention from your team.
Polls and webhooks pull Amazon orders into your integration pipeline. Order status, fulfillment confirmation, and cancellations sync back to your store in under 3 minutes. Rate limiting and back-off handled automatically.
Creates and submits inbound shipment plans via API — correct box counts, SKU quantities, prep instructions, and warehouse assignments. No manual entry into Seller Central. Estimated to save 4–6 hours per inbound cycle.
createFulfillmentOrder routes Shopify, BigCommerce, and B2B orders through FBA inventory via MCF. Carrier, service level, and delivery window are passed programmatically. Tracking numbers return automatically.

Redefine builds integrations for Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Magento, and headless or custom storefronts with a REST API. If your store can emit a webhook on order creation and accept an inventory update payload, we can integrate it. We do not use off-the-shelf connectors — the integration is purpose-built for your specific SKU structure and fulfillment rules.
Most standard FBA integrations go live within 5 to 8 business days after you approve the scoped proposal and sign off on your SKU-to-ASIN mapping. Complex multi-warehouse setups or MCF-only flows with custom routing rules take 10 to 14 days. We test in Amazon's sandbox environment before any live traffic touches your inventory.
All SP-API calls include exponential back-off with configurable retry limits. If the API is throttled, requests queue and retry without any order data being lost. If Amazon's API is fully down, we alert you within 5 minutes and hold orders in a safe queue until service resumes. Your store inventory is not deducted until FBA confirms the pick, preventing phantom deductions during outages.
No. The SP-API integration works with any active Seller Central account with FBA enabled. Brand Registry is recommended if you want A+ Content and full listing control, and we can help you apply for it as part of the engagement. If you have Brand Registry, we use it to configure additional API scopes that unlock more granular listing management.
Yes. MCF routes orders from any connected channel through the same FBA inventory pool. We build a rules engine that determines whether each order goes through FBA (Amazon marketplace), MCF (other channels), or a fallback 3PL based on the destination country, SKU, weight, and SLA you configure. Each channel gets its own routing logic.
The build is scoped and priced per line item before any work starts. Typical FBA integration builds start at $3,200. Ongoing monitoring, error recovery, and API maintenance is available as a retainer from $490 per month. There is no per-order fee. Pricing is fixed and shown in your proposal before sign-off — no surprise add-ons.
