Get a QuoteYour Klaviyo sends either reach inboxes or quietly disappear into spam. We audit your sending infrastructure, fix what is broken, and keep your domain reputation clean so every campaign lands where it belongs.

What this costs you
A list of 50,000 subscribers with 82% inbox placement means 9,000 contacts never see your campaigns. At a 2% conversion rate and $45 average order value, that is $8,100 in invisible revenue loss per send.
Every layer of your email infrastructure: domain authentication, list quality, flow segments, and live metrics: reviewed, fixed, and tracked. Here is what that looks like in practice.
Auto-monitoring
Every client gets ongoing inbox placement checks, suppression alerts, and monthly health reports.

Full SPF, DKIM, and DMARC setup across all sending domains and subdomains. Dedicated sending IP provisioning, warm-up sequencing, and Klaviyo account-level configuration locked to your brand domain.
Stale addresses removed. Hard bounce suppression enforced. Engagement scoring applied. Sunset policies built into every active flow.
Every active Klaviyo flow reviewed for segment quality, send timing, suppression gaps, and compliance with Gmail and Yahoo bulk sender rules.
Phased warm-up plan for new sending IPs or domains. Volume ramps designed around your list size and mailbox provider ratios to avoid placement drops.
Monthly deliverability health report. Real-time alerts on bounce rate, spam complaint rate, and unsubscribe spikes. Klaviyo inbox placement checks across Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo.
We access your Klaviyo account, run the audit, and implement fixes. You review results. Your team stays out of the technical work entirely.
Day 1
You share read access to Klaviyo. We pull your sending history, domain configuration, list health, and last 90 days of performance data to establish the baseline.
Days 2 to 4
DNS records, sending infrastructure, flow segments, suppression coverage, bounce and complaint patterns: every layer examined and scored with a priority fix list.
Days 5 to 10
Your DNS is updated, Klaviyo account is reconfigured, lists are cleaned, and flows are updated. We verify each fix against placement test inboxes before marking it complete.
Ongoing
Monthly health reports, real-time spike alerts, and quarterly placement re-tests keep your sending reputation clean as your list and flow library grows.
Every project is scoped in a proposal before any work begins. The number below is what you pay: not a starting point for a larger conversation.

Gameday Gear
Headless EcommerceSports merchandise brand running a headless Shopify storefront: high order volume, highly engaged audience, and no reliable email infrastructure to match.
The problem
Customer behavior and conversion events were inconsistently synced to Klaviyo. Domain authentication was incomplete, resulting in unreliable tracking and limited personalization. Email performance was leaving a major channel underutilized despite strong product demand.
What we delivered
Complete Klaviyo implementation: account configuration, sending infrastructure setup, domain authentication across all sending domains, and custom backend APIs connecting the headless frontend directly with Klaviyo using server-side event tracking.
The result
of total conversions driven by email
Open rates are measured against delivered emails, not sent emails. If 15% of your list is reaching spam folders, those contacts never open, never count, and never show up in your rate. Open rates can look healthy while inbox placement quietly erodes. The audit measures placement directly, not inferred from open data.
SPF and DKIM are necessary but not sufficient. Gmail and Yahoo now require DMARC at enforcement level for bulk senders. Klaviyo also uses its own sending subdomain, which creates a separate authentication path that needs to be configured correctly alongside your root domain setup. Stale sending domain keys, shared IP history, and growing suppression gaps all affect placement independently of your initial authentication setup.
We request Manager-level access to Klaviyo for the duration of the engagement. We also need DNS access or coordination with whoever manages your domain records: usually a 10-minute task with your development team or hosting provider. We document every change before making it, and provide a full change log at close. You can revoke access at any time.
Short-term send volume may be reduced during the IP warm-up phase, which typically lasts 10 to 14 days. During this window, we phase sends to engaged segments first, which protects your reputation and usually improves open rates even mid-warm-up. The first clean campaign after warm-up typically shows the strongest placement performance we measure for that account.
Content and design do affect spam filtering: heavy image-to-text ratios, certain HTML patterns, and specific word clusters all influence placement. Our audit includes a content hygiene review. If we find that content is the primary driver, we document it clearly in the findings and can scope content optimisation as a separate workstream. You will not receive a deliverability fix recommendation when the real issue is copy.
