No. We run a pre-migration and post-migration contact count reconciliation. If there is a discrepancy of any size, we identify the cause before you cut over. Suppression lists move first so your unsubscribes and hard bounces are protected from the start: no accidental sends to opted-out contacts.
Your old platform stays live and sending throughout the migration. We run a parallel period where Klaviyo flows are staged and tested but not yet live. Only after a full review passes on every flow do we flip the switch: and even then, we keep the old platform in place for 48 hours to confirm attribution is clean before decommissioning it.
Yes. Custom systems require a data export and mapping session before scoping. We will ask for a sample export and a breakdown of your data model: from there we can confirm feasibility and give you a fixed-fee estimate. Most custom migrations are possible with the right data access.
All migrations include a structured warm-up plan. If you follow the volume schedule and deliverability still drops, we diagnose and resolve it as part of the 30-day post-launch monitoring.
