Get a QuoteYour enterprise resource planning system pushes orders. Your customer relationship management system pulls customers. Your warehouse counts inventory. The gap between those systems is where revenue disappears, operations teams burn hours, and customer trust breaks down. An integration audit maps every data flow, flags every failure point, and tells you exactly what to fix.

Running blind today
After your audit

The audit covers the full integration surface of your Adobe Commerce instance. Six work domains, each mapped and scored.
Your full integration topology drawn out: every connected system named, every data direction confirmed, every middleware layer identified. Enterprise resource planning systems, customer relationship management systems, warehouse systems, marketing tools, payment gateways, and analytics platforms all captured in one document your team can actually use.
Orders, customers, inventory, pricing tiers, catalog attributes, and refunds: each entity checked for field-level completeness, transformation accuracy, and sync frequency against your operational requirements.
Application programming interface key management, token rotation policies, authorization scopes, data exposure paths, and access controls: all scored against current best practice for ecommerce integrations.
Silent error handling, retry logic, timeout thresholds, queue overflow behaviour, and webhook delivery failures: the failure modes your team never built monitoring for are the ones the audit is designed to find.
Every finding comes with a remediation recommendation, severity rating, and an estimated effort so your team can prioritize fixes without a second scoping call.
Delivered in 5 business days. Includes full findings report, integration map document, entity sync verification table, security scorecard, and a 60-minute debrief call. No commitment to proceed with remediation work.
Scoped before work starts. No surprises.
Mark each item that is true for your current Adobe Commerce environment. Your readiness score updates live. If you finish with fewer than 8 green, an audit will find things your team is not aware of.
You have a documented map of every system connected to Adobe Commerce
Including enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management, warehouse, analytics, and marketing tools
Inventory sync frequency meets your order volume requirements
Defined threshold: no oversells in the last 30 days
Integration error alerts are active and go to a monitored inbox
Not buried in a log file on a server your team rarely checks
All application programming interface credentials use environment-specific tokens that rotate on a defined schedule
Separate credentials per environment, not one shared key
Orders that fail to sync to your enterprise resource planning system trigger a retry and an alert, not silent failure
With a defined maximum-retry threshold and escalation path
Customer data in your customer relationship management system matches the records in Adobe Commerce at the field level
Last verified within 90 days
You have tested what happens to in-flight orders when a connected system goes down
And documented the recovery path
Third-party integrations are reviewed when Adobe Commerce patches are applied
Compatibility confirmed before production deployment
Your integration middleware or connector is documented and version-controlled
Not a forgotten cron job or an extension with no owner
Outbound data from Adobe Commerce does not include fields outside the minimum required scope
Payment tokens, personally identifiable information fields, and internal pricing are restricted by destination

An audit would be a good investment for your environment.
What the audit delivers
Delivered in 5 business days. No obligation to proceed.
A fixed process with a fixed timeline. You know what happens each day before we start.
Day 1: Scoping call (60 minutes)
Your time: 60 minutesWe walk through your current system landscape, confirm what is in scope, and collect access credentials or architecture documentation. No preparation required from your team beyond being available for the call.
Days 1 to 3: Technical investigation
Your time: async onlyWe review logs, trace sync flows, inspect entity maps, test failure scenarios, and score security controls. Any questions go to your team via async questionnaire. You answer on your own schedule: no meetings required.
Day 4: Report preparation
Your time: 0All findings compiled into the structured report: integration map, entity sync table, failure point register, security scorecard, and severity-ranked remediation plan. Each finding includes estimated effort and a recommended approach.
Day 5: Findings debrief
Your time: 60 minutesWe walk through every finding together. Questions, clarifications, priority discussions: all covered. The report is yours permanently. You can act on it yourself, with another partner, or continue with our enterprise resource planning integration services. No obligation.

The problem
The legacy ecommerce platform could not support complex business-to-business workflows. Inventory syncing was unreliable. Customer approvals were manual. System data was fragmented across enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management, and marketing tools: creating operational bottlenecks the team had normalized around.
What changed
A complete rebuild using headless ecommerce architecture with real-time inventory and pricing synchronized directly from Microsoft Dynamics. Enterprise resource planning and Salesforce integrations rebuilt with documented entity maps, retry logic, and alerting.
Inventory accuracy: live sync, no lag
Manual order reviews. Previously done by operations team every morning

Capability
Typical approach
Redefine audit
Yes. Custom middleware is the most common setup we audit. We review the codebase, trace data flows through the custom layer, and score it the same way we would a commercial connector. Custom code often hides more failure risk than off-the-shelf solutions, which makes the audit more valuable, not less.
Read-only production access gives us the most complete picture: specifically for log review and live sync testing. If that is not available, a staging environment with current data plus architecture documentation covers the majority of the audit scope. We will tell you in the scoping call exactly what access we need and what gaps a restricted access approach creates.
Often more worth it. A store with two integrations tends to have less redundancy: one failing sync is enough to break operations. The audit scope narrows accordingly and pricing does not change for simple environments. If after the scoping call we determine your environment is genuinely too simple to justify the cost, we will tell you that and not take your money.
No commitment at all. The report is yours. You can act on it internally, pass it to another development team, or continue with us. About 60 percent of audit clients do continue with remediation work, because the report makes it easy to scope and price, but that is entirely your call after you see the findings.
Yes: this is one of the most common reasons teams commission an audit before a major system change. The findings document your current integration state, flag data quality issues that will surface in a new system, and identify the entity mappings any new implementation will need to replicate or improve. Starting an enterprise resource planning or customer relationship management implementation without auditing your current integrations first is a significant risk.
