Nutraflav
Supplements Β· DTC + Amazon Β· Shopify + Brand + Packages DesignNutraflav is a direct-to-consumer supplement brand that needed to launch simultaneously on its own DTC store, Amazon marketplace, and across branded packaging: with zero existing brand infrastructure.
The starting point
Nutraflav had no trademark protection, no Brand Registry access, no DTC store, no Amazon presence, no fulfillment strategy, and no brand or packaging design. The product was ready; the brand infrastructure was not.
No trademark or Brand Registry: could not protect brand identity on Amazon
No packaging design: product could not go to production or marketplace
No brand system: could not ensure consistency across DTC, Amazon, and physical packaging
What the engagement delivered
0
Complete brand + merch + packaging system launched from zero
Trademark protection secured + Brand Registry access granted
Full brand and packaging design: DTC, Amazon, and physical product all consistent
Amazon FBA and MCF fulfillment live with branded packaging design in production
Conversion-optimized Shopify DTC store with brand design applied consistently throughout

Most design files look great on screen. Then the printer opens them and finds the colors in RGB, the fonts not outlined, and the resolution too low to print. You pay a correction fee, wait for a revision, and reprint. Redefine delivers AI vector, outlined type, CMYK color profiles, and bleed marks as the default: not as an add-on.

02
When your apparel vendor designs your shirt, your packaging vendor designs your box, and your marketing team designs your Amazon listing, you get three different versions of your brand. Redefine designs the system once and applies it across all touchpoints so the customer who sees your Amazon page and then opens your package experiences the same brand: not three different ones.
What happens without a system
Different logo versions across items
Inconsistent colors between products
Unboxing experience contradicts digital brand
What the Redefine system delivers
One master brand + merch system
Consistent PMS across all item types
Digital and physical brand are the same brand

Every AI, EPS, PSD, and Figma file transfers to you when the engagement closes. No ongoing agency relationship required to access your own merch design files. When you need to reprint, update, or expand to a new product type, you open the file yourself or hand it to any vendor of your choosing.
Every engagement delivers: Adobe Illustrator AI files (primary vector), EPS, press-ready PDF with bleed and crop marks, high-resolution PNG on transparent background, and Pantone PMS color callouts. For apparel embroidery, we also deliver DST format. For packaging, we include dieline PDF and pre-press PDF. All files are organized and labeled for your vendor.
Yes. If you do not have an existing brand system, the engagement starts with brand identity development before merch design begins. We develop your logo, color palette, and typography, then apply that system to your merch scope. This is a single combined engagement with one brief. Submit your brief and tell us where you are starting from.
Yes. We deliver files formatted for Printify, Printful, Gooten, and other print-on-demand platforms, as well as Amazon Merch on Demand. Platform-specific file requirements: dimension, DPI, color space, transparent background: are built into the deliverable. You upload the file directly without any format conversion.
A focused merch design engagement covering 3 to 5 item types runs 2 to 3 weeks. A broader system covering 10 or more item types with brand merch guidelines runs 4 to 6 weeks. If brand identity development is needed before merch design begins, add 2 to 3 weeks. Timeline is agreed in the proposal before Sprint 1 and does not change without a written amendment.
Fixed-scope billing based on the number and type of items in your brief. We scope the engagement, return a line-by-line proposal in 3 days, and begin within 1 week of sign-off. No hourly rates and no scope creep charges without a written amendment. Submit your merch list and we scope it.
Not sure? Tell us your situation and we will be straight with you.
Tell us what items you need designed, who your brand is for, and whether you have an existing brand system we should work from. We scope it and return a proposal in 3 business days.
