Closing questions

Five questions every CFO asks before picking a solution.

Each solution ships with a standard data model and key performance indicator set. In week one we map your chart of accounts, cost centres, and key performance indicator definitions to the model. The semantic model is yours after handover; you change measures the same way you would on any Power BI dataset. About 70% of clients ship the standard key performance indicators unchanged; the other 30% customise 5 to 10 measures.

Solutions are fixed-fee. Single-solution rollouts start at $18,000 and bundles of three start at $42,000. A comparable from-scratch build on the same key performance indicators and source systems quotes between $80,000 and $140,000 from typical partners. The saving sits in the pre-built semantic model and ETL; the customer-specific work is the chart-of-accounts mapping, branding, and rollout.

Solutions are tested against Pro, Premium per User, and Fabric F2 through F64. Some heavy datasets and incremental refresh patterns need Premium per User or Fabric to perform; that gets called out in the solution datasheet before purchase. We will tell you the minimum stock-keeping unit during scoping, never after sign-off.

You do. The PBIX file, dataflow definitions, DAX library, and documentation transfer to your tenant on go-live. No licensing fee on the solution, no per-user royalty, no lock-in. We retain the right to reuse the underlying solution library on other clients; you own your specific deployment outright.

Every solution includes 2 weeks of office hours after go-live. After that, clients move to a managed-services retainer or buy support hours per quarter. Both options come with a named lead and a service-level agreement response time. You can also self-serve; the documentation is built for it.
