Your proposal will include a week-by-week sprint plan so you know exactly when each piece goes live.

Your proposal includes a support and maintenance window specifically for application programming interface version updates. Redefine monitors the Meta developer changelog and proactively updates the integration ahead of deprecation deadlines. If Meta pushes an emergency change, our service level agreement covers response within the same business day.

Yes. Both platforms run on the same Meta Graph application programming interface and share the same Commerce Manager catalog, so the incremental scope of adding Facebook Shop sync to an Instagram integration is modest. The build is a fixed-scope project fee. Post-launch maintenance and application programming interface update coverage are a separate, optional retainer scoped during the proposal.
