Google Search Ads capture buyers who are already searching for what you sell. YouTube reaches the buyer before they are ready to search: building the awareness that eventually turns into a search query. Used together, YouTube fills your Search funnel. Brands running both see Search conversion rates increase because they are reaching buyers earlier and more frequently before the search intent surfaces. Separate management means separate strategies, budgets, and attribution: which is why we manage them as a connected system.

Two options. If you have existing video assets, we audit them for hook strength, edit them for YouTube format compliance, and repurpose them for Shorts and bumpers. If you have no video assets, we script the ads and work with your existing photography, B-roll, or motion graphics team to produce them. We do not operate a full video production studio: but we brief, direct, and review every creative asset before it enters a campaign.

Below that, the campaign takes too long to produce optimization signals. At $3,000 to $10,000 per month, we focus on Skippable In-Stream and Shorts. Above $10,000, we activate all five formats in a coordinated funnel. Media spend is separate from the management fee, which is based on your campaign complexity and number of active formats.

Three attribution signals confirm YouTube revenue impact: view-through conversions in Google Ads (buyer saw the ad but did not click and converted later), view-through events in GA4 with the correct attribution model, and customer relationship management revenue tagged to YouTube first-touch. We configure all three before the campaign launches. In months 2 and 3, we also measure organic and direct traffic lift correlated with campaign flight weeks: video builds brand awareness that converts through channels that don't appear as YouTube conversions.
