Your Dynamics 365 is live. Your reporting is not.
See how reporting looks without the Accelerator versus what your team uses on Day 29.
Manual exports from Dynamics 365, manual reconciliation, emailed spreadsheets. Finance wastes a week every month on data plumbing.
You went live 6 to 18 months ago. The enterprise resource planning system works. Reporting was deprioritized. You need it fixed without re-engaging your original partner.
No governed semantic model means each dashboard computes revenue differently. Leadership stops trusting the data entirely.
Finance, human resources, and regional managers share one dataset. Compliance and confidentiality risk grows with every new user added.
Dashboards refresh automatically on schedule. Finance reviews live data, not yesterday's export. Month-end becomes a non-event.
Fixed statement of work. Named deliverables. Day 28 is the go-live date in the contract. We absorb any delays caused by our side.
Governed key performance indicator measure library means every report draws from the same semantic model. Revenue, margin, and headcount mean the same number everywhere.
Each user role sees only their permitted dataset. Tested across at least three roles. Fully documented and handed over.
From signed statement of work to live dashboards in 28 days.
Every milestone is a named deliverable with written acceptance criteria. You review and sign off each one before we move to the next phase.
- Deliverables 01 through 06 signed off
- Administrator and end-user training sessions complete
- 30-day hypercare begins today
- Full handover documentation delivered
Six deliverables. Each with written acceptance criteria.
Every deliverable has a binary acceptance test. If the output does not meet the criteria, we fix it at no charge. There is no ambiguity about what you are buying.
Environment Audit and Source Mapping

Row-Level Security Configuration
Row-level security roles defined, tested against live data across at least 3 user roles. Full documentation of all roles, rules, and table filters.
User Training (2 Live Sessions)
Session 1 (90 minutes): administrator training on semantic model and refresh. Session 2 (60 minutes): end-user walkthrough. Recordings and quick-reference guide included.

If you engage Redefine for a full Dynamics 365 implementation within 12 months of completing your Reporting Accelerator, the full package fee is credited against your implementation invoice. This is a written contract term.
Your team's time investment across the 4 weeks is typically 3 to 4 hours per week: one weekly sprint review, asynchronous feedback on dashboards, and a final sign-off session. We handle everything else.
What changed for a client who went from Excel to live dashboards.
One Dynamics 365 Finance client. Four week engagement. Numbers below are theirs, signed off after go-live.

Live on Dynamics 365 Finance for 14 months. Reporting was on the original implementation backlog and never shipped. Finance team was exporting trial balance data into Excel every Monday morning to assemble executive packs by hand.
Month-end close was a 9 day exercise driven by manual exports, reconciliations, and pivot tables. Two different departments produced two different revenue numbers for the same period. Leadership had stopped trusting the data and was using gut feel for budget decisions.
Reporting Accelerator delivered in 28 days from signed statement of work. Certified semantic model with 24 governed key performance indicators. Executive finance summary, general ledger drill-through, accounts receivable aging, and budget versus actuals dashboards live on Day 28. Row-level security tested across 4 user roles.
Who this is for, who it is not.
We would rather turn you away on a 15 minute call than ship a fixed-price statement of work into the wrong environment. Read both columns before booking.
- You are live on Dynamics 365 Business Central, Finance, Supply Chain, or Finance and Operations and your environment is in production.
- Reporting was deprioritized during your original implementation and your team is still working from Excel exports every month.
- You have a named executive sponsor (Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, or finance director) ready to sign off on deliverables.
- You can give us 3 to 4 hours per week of team time across the 4 weeks for one sprint review, asynchronous feedback, and a final sign-off.
- You have Microsoft Power BI Pro licences in place, or are willing to add them at 10 United States dollars per user per month.
- You are still on Dynamics Great Plains, Dynamics NAV, or Dynamics Solomon and have not migrated to Dynamics 365 yet. Start with a migration scoping call instead.
- Source data quality in your Dynamics 365 environment is below 60 percent and you do not want to scope a data cleanse before dashboard build.
- You need bespoke artificial intelligence forecasting models, paginated regulatory reports for external filing, or custom embedded analytics inside a customer portal. Different engagement type entirely.
- You cannot commit a named executive sponsor and a technical contact to weekly sprint reviews. Without that, the 4 week timeline does not hold.
- You want a time-and-materials engagement with no fixed scope. We only deliver this work under a fixed-price statement of work with named acceptance criteria.

Answers to the questions buyers ask on the scoping call.
Standard delivery is 4 weeks from signed statement of work to live dashboards. Complex environments with multiple legal entities or more than 5 data sources may extend to 6 weeks, and we tell you that upfront in the scoping call. Once a fixed timeline is agreed in the statement of work, any delay caused by our side is absorbed by us at no extra cost.
Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics 365 Finance, Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, and Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management. We connect via Power BI dataflows, DirectQuery, or a semantic model on top of your Azure SQL or Dataverse layer. Each Dynamics 365 product has a default dashboard set documented in the deliverables section above, and the report catalogue is finalised together during Week 1.
No. All packages run on Power BI Pro at ten United States dollars per user per month. We only recommend Premium Capacity if you have more than 100 report consumers or require paginated reports embedded in an external portal. We will tell you in the scoping call whether your usage profile justifies the Premium upgrade, and we have no commercial incentive to push you toward it.
Every engagement includes a data readiness audit in Week 1. If source data quality is below threshold, we identify gaps and scope a data cleanse as a separate optional add-on before dashboard build begins. We will not build dashboards on bad data. The audit output is signed off by your sponsor before any model work starts, and we do not absorb downstream rework caused by data issues we flagged.
Yes. We issue a fixed-price statement of work with named deliverables, named acceptance criteria, and a named price. Change orders cannot occur without a written scope amendment signed by both parties. There are no hidden hours. The price you see on the pricing tier above is the price in the contract for the scope described, and any add-on (data cleanse, extra row-level security roles, extra dashboards beyond the tier limit) is priced and signed off before work starts.
Yes. The statement of work names your lead Power BI consultant and your delivery manager before you sign. They run the full 4 weeks. If we need to introduce a second pair of hands for a specific deliverable (for example a complex Dynamics 365 Finance dimension model or a large dataflow refactor), we tell you in advance and the named lead stays the accountable point of contact. We do not swap consultants mid-engagement.
You own the semantic model, the dashboards, and the handover documentation. Most clients run the environment internally after Day 58. If you want continued support, we offer a managed analytics retainer with response service level agreements, monthly enhancements, and quarterly reviews. The retainer is optional and is priced separately. Nothing about the Reporting Accelerator commits you to ongoing fees.
