Klaviyo was built out as the primary growth channel: welcome flows, abandoned browse, post-purchase, and win-back sequences, each segmented by purchase behavior and product category.

Campaigns were planned around product releases and seasonal windows. A/B testing on subject lines and send times ran continuously. RFM segmentation kept the engaged list clean and the suppression list growing. Monthly revenue attribution reports made email's contribution to the business visible for the first time.

Yes. We request manager-level access to your Klaviyo account and your ecommerce platform. You retain full ownership. We never transfer accounts to our own Klaviyo instance. If you leave, your account, flows, and data stay with you.
