No. We start with an account audit to identify what is usable, what needs updating, and what needs replacing. If your existing flow is generating revenue, we do not touch it until a replacement is live and tested. You will not have a gap in recovery emails during the setup process.

We write all email copy as part of the scope. We use your brand voice guide or extract tone and messaging from your existing site. You review and approve before anything is built in Klaviyo. If you prefer to provide your own copy, we edit for conversion structure at no additional cost.

We include a 30-day post-launch check-in on Standard and Enterprise tiers. If open rates or click rates are below the agreed benchmarks at day 30, we do one round of copy and timing revisions at no additional charge. This is documented in the scope before you sign: not a verbal promise.
